That's right. People are just not going to sign up. No one I know who doesn't have health insurance can afford premiums...another monthly bill. They are certainly not going to go online and sign up for another bill. They expected the government to give them coverage for free! They don't want to pay for it. They can't for one thing. Young people who aren't sick don't want it.
