Tim,

I have to disagree. Usually when there is a buyout, either
everyone knows it and the announcement follows very soon after
the rumor breaks, or (most likely) it happens when no one is
expecting it.

In this case I think it is just a rumor something CNBC and
Maria spread all the time. I think ASND is a buy simply
based on fundamentals, but I think the market will have a downward
bias over the next few weeks due to earnings worries.
