You're kidding, right?

When you start causing people to lose their insurance you're controlling their access. When you cause competition amongst insurers to suffer, you're controlling access. When your actions result in insurance networks having 1/3 the number of providers they previously had, you're controlling access. When you force deductibles higher for the same premium, you're controlling access. When you introduce a large number of taxpayer-paid beneficiaries into the system when there aren't enough physicians to handle them, you're controlling access.

There are 100s of ways access is controlled by Obamacare -- almost none of which are control in a good way.

When you require insurance companies to reimburse for every day consumption, as with birth control, you're controlling payment. When you set parameters for the so-called "4 metals" plans, you're totally controlling payment. When you require providers to make "meaningful use" of electronic medical records systems or to prescribe medications electronically to prevent their payments from Medicare from being docked, you're controlling payment. When you start bundling codes that were previously unbundled, you're controlling payment. When you start paying hospitals based on different criteria than the work performed, you're controlling payment.

Government is now controlling every aspect of the health care finance industry.
