Matt - Seems CYI got the money some time ago and only has the payback of the notes by Feb 28, 1999 or a conversion to stock under the terms of the notes contract. If conversion right is utilized, just how dilutive could that become in 1999? We may have to rethink future value of the stock about 15 months from now, taking that in to account, among other things. Of course, many factors can affect the price between now and then, so its a loose guess. Jim
