It appears that Jack King has investores which has followed his share selling actions at ZITL. Since Jack has been selling quite a bit of shares there, many people have shorted ZITL based upon his action..

Many long terms ZITL investors have negative thoughts about him. He could not be worse than Gupta. Jack said his selling is necessary to cover taxes so he bought options and sold a strong position.
Jack had to say something about his selling. Believe it or not.
