BRAD I read your answers but you did not answer the questions.

1.) What is the chain of title of the footage and do they own it?
2.( Is it in Blue Sage or DFNL's Libray?
3.) If it is in DFNL's Library why does DFNL need Blue Sage????

Note: I know DFNL owns Blue Sage by the release already.

4.) Is this OUT takes or footage released by the enities or rather where did they get the footage?

5.) Who is the distribution firm? You answer Handelman is acceptable

6.) By what presisdence are they basing these numbers on?

7.) Has anyone called Vern Nobles with Monument Entertainment to verify that DFNL has a signed agreement with them. 213 650-3300?
