HI AC! I know that it was resolved in favor of the defendant but that's the legal side of it and the other side is that people might associate him with it even if he was innocent. Well if everything is peachy with the company and all these are non-issues...why did the stock go down when they announced the change of guard...or is this a normal day to day fluctuation thing? STrange, we are close to production announcements(are we?) and the stock trades at the same levels as to beginning of the year? Is everybody ignorant about the closeness of production and we're the only ones seeing it or is there something else? I don't know...but like i said the price action is not very supportive in believing everything is just fine! My hope is that it's something temporary and will be straightened out. ANd selling these shares by Cal seems like a minor thing. He might simply relocate to another area after resigning his job and needed some money to buy a house...maybe it's that simple, maybe not.
