At this moment, we spend over $400 billion a year with wasteful military spending (I think $250m is the amount that makes sense), which IS a stimulus, one the (R)'s somehow find totally acceptable. Why is that, Ten? It's the worst sort of stimulus.

Eventually, the million dollar cruise missile blows up, costs us two million (counting replacing it), costs whoever was on the other end the price of what was blown up, even if it was just an Arab funeral.

We could spend that money on OUR infrastructure, or OUR citizens. Military spending is never returned to the citizens, where social spending IS.
