PHS Q3 10Q hit Edgar today. It didn't look good to me.

They had a loss of $2.8MM or 7 cents per share. Revenues were up, as was interest expense.

The discussion on operations referred to the nine months ending July 31, so it's hard to discern exactly what happened last quarter. In my opinion, this is an unnecessary obfuscation of the facts that makes me leery of continuing to invest in this company.
