Are we in a quiet period where the company is required to say very little before the offerring? I can't imagine they are purposefully being stupid. To bring the company this far this fast required more than a modicum of intelligence. I know the behavior is odd but I have to give TMSR management the benefit of the doubt until 4th q and secondary completion. If nothing good comes out of that....
