Do you think Crosstex can/will maintain their high distribution rate?

To me looks like a good deal for DVN shareholders especially with how the company (specifically management decisions) has performed in the last two years. Seems like DVN is a bit more focused on their midstream assets and now has a plan set up to do "drop downs" while keeping control (w/ GP incentives) of over 70% of these midstream assets.

I guess I would be a buyer of DVN shares over Crosstex. DVN even may raise their dividend with all that income coming from the new MLP.

What's you plan and eventual criteria for selling?
