It is lowering real interest rates which reduces the cost of debt and inflating asset prices all of which help to combat the deflationary forces of K-Wave Winter. Inflation helps debtors at the expense of creditors, but that is exactly what you need when you have inadequate demand. Simple economic math really, assuming that political bias and morality is left out of the argument.
