I wouldn't consider a re-entry to COSFF just yet. MHO No rush. NOVL is still holding 9MM shares and we've seen what they can do.

Cowpland and the BOD still unchanged.

Questionable (dubious) ccounting practices still unchanged - no reform in sight.

Possible shareholder lawsuit. Possible action by TSE, NASD, Canadian or US authorities.

The restructuring of top management with O'Riley and Sylvester on the case is very positive. Need more than that though.
