Yes, BUT:
Special attention should be given to items, which Wi-Lan indicates "will confuse the Jury"

The Jury should NOT be given the power to eliminate ESSENTIAL components of the Patent,
which are plainly indicated to be NOT creations of the Inventors.

(ie virtually every patent must include Prior generic) art or principles, which are essential to the creation and or operation of the devices / units involved)
