ALERT - FRIDAY SELL-OFF Jim, IF (GREAT BIG IF) my indicators continue to forecast as well as they have, FRIDAY (Dec 12) has the potential for being a very strong down day. The most actives average $ yesterday were $38... the lowest in a long time! I plan to take advantage of this as follows: - tomorrow will probably be an up day... I will buy put option(s). - Friday close, I will sell them. Jim, all the VIX buy and sell signals tell us is there is the possibility of a 5% or more move before the next signal. Since the last buy signal, there has been a 5% move up. And just because we haven't gotten a signal yet, doesn't mean we won't get one next week... although I wouldn't bet the farm on it! The other thing you can do is what they taught you in school in the event of a nuclear bomb attack... Regards, Bill
