Brooks, right now I am quite negative on the Semi equip manufacturers segment in general. I would not short here (and actually, it might be better to buy March options) but wait until the first week in January, starting next week, I expect a rally in this sector to peak arounf the 10 to 15th in Jan and then a sharp decline into late Feb and early March).
