So part of the business model now is that WiLAN will work to reform the American legal system? And we(shareholders) will all get a return on our investment when we(shareholders) are 110?? The company has to work within reality and shifting public opinion, not live in a fantasy land where "truth and justice" prevail ! Management was given a number of chances and has failed - It's time to wind this down and return the assets to their owners .... I like my chances of a decent return better at auction than continuing on this rudderless strategy we(shareholders) are now following. What a disaster - I could not of dreamed of a worse scenario. Complete failure of governance and risk management!!!! PS as predicted and based on the financial forecast, the 6 of 7 licensees that settled in this case got sweetheart deals in an attempt to coerce Apple to settle; now we(shareholders) have nothing but sunk costs to show for all this litigation. Oh and another useless invalidated patent.
