Why did Smith, Barney downgrade Cox this morning to "outperform" from "buy"? I guess to get that end of June dip so they could accumulate before run up. Looks like ATHM good news is spilling over nicely. With all the bad things happening to my portfolio this past couple of months, it sure has been nice watching COX. I guess steady as she goes doesn't generate much interest on this thread. What are prospects near term for COX? No Asian flu exposure, ATHM build out going well, another rate increase here in San Diego with minimal noise from rate payers. What's the down side? Come on, if I own it, its got to have a down side.
