We had this discussion a few weeks ago and I posted a link that explained it perfectly. The part-time employment had increased steadily right up until the time the employer mandate was put off. And it will undoubtedly kick in again as the new effective date moves near.

There was even an article a day or two ago predicting that liberals would do exactly as you did, attempt to use this temporary recovery of ft work as some kind of "evidence" that Obamacare isn't causing employers to move to part time.

It is a ridiculous proposition and should be apparent, when you have predicted wild swings in part-time employment that "happen" to correlate with specific effective dates for the employer mandate. I don't see how it could be more evident what is happening.
