Strange (to me) market reaction
Market is still pretty much in a melt-up mode. Most negative news are ignored, anything positive is cheered up and run up. There are exceptions - as always - but mostly that's what's happening.

I'd raise cash if I had anything I wanted to sell. Unfortunately, I've sold most what I wanted already at lower prices. And I still find things I want to buy. So not much cash raising.

OTOH, market is not hugely overvalued, so it can continue legging up another year or two or whatever. Or it could crash. Who knows.
