Dec. 9 - BRG.A.TSE - Private Placement From: Subject 17869 Brigdon Resources Inc. (TSE - BRG.A) of Calgary announces that it has reached agreement with First Marathon Securities Limited whereby First Marathon will act as agent on the private placement of 500,000 Class ''A'' Common flow through shares at a price of $1.00 per share for total proceeds, before expenses, of $500.000. These funds will, primarily, be used to drill exploratory wells at Brigdon's Buffalo Lake - Stettler field in central Alberta. This placement is subject to regulatory approval. BRIGDON RESOURCES INC.
