We are pretty much on same wavelength. I was never involved in the lawsuit because my losses during the timeframe of eligibility were minimal. Vanni was involved, but in much the same position as I. Purchase of the stock had to be within that narrow window from August through Cowpland's pump-and-dump. I include the point simply as another possible negative overhanging the stock price. Vanni, as you must have realized, was trying to draw in some of the eligible shareholders.

Re accounting. I want to see formal changes in the way revenue is recognized. As long as they count sales when the product is shipped, then the potential for the same old manipulation continues. I don't think that O'Riley can do this on his own.

Re authorities. If they are not considering action, then shame on them.
