If my post was "ignorant and racist", Africans and Mexicans would have the same quality of health care and the same standard of living as the majority in the United States, but that's not the case, is it?

Perhaps you can explain why the United States majority has a superior standard of living and superior quality of health care as compared to Africa and Mexico.

If Africans and Mexicans really do have the same standards and the same intelligence as the majority in the United States, are they simply choosing not to have an equal standard of living and equal quality of health care as the majority in the United States? If that is true, why would they make that choice? Please explain. I'll look forward to your answer. Thank you.
