Yes. That's precisely what I am asking you to do. Why is the standard of living and the quality of healthy care in the United States superior to the third world, jlallen?

I already know the answer, but I want to read your reasoning and explanation. Please educate me.

Is it our air? Is there something special in the air that we breathe in the United States? What about our water? Is there something in the water that we drink that makes the difference? Is it the climate? The land? The flora? The fauna? Why is the quality of health care and the standard of living in the United States superior to the third-world? Moreover, why is the quality of health care and the standard of living in all of North America, Europe, and Australia superior to Africa, Mexico and the remainder of the third world, jlallen.

Could it possibly be the quality of people in North America, Europe, and Australia? Is that possible, jlallen? If not, why?
