People.....anyone.....should be judged individually moron. The fact that not every nation has the same advantages the US or some European nations...or Japan which you conveniently omitted has had does not mean those people in less fortunate circumstances judged as individuals are any less "quality". So why don't you take your ignorant racist ass back to the KKK thread where your views would be more in line with the other ignorami over there? You can expound on your crackpot desires for rolling summary justice and execution centers for nonwhites and other similar Naziesque ideas in a more receptive setting.
