If Africans and Mexicans really do have the same standards and the same intelligence as the majority in the United States, are they simply choosing not to have an equal standard of living and equal quality of health care as the majority in the United States? If that is true, why would they make that choice? Please explain. I'll look forward to your answer. Thank you.

I have a question. Which is a better indicator of superior racial intelligence:
1. Race "W" seemingly has the most advanced culture in the world. They have the best medical science, the best information science, the highest standard of living....depending on how one measures "standard of living". And they developed by far the most advanced political system that finally moved away from the tyrannical oligarchies that have dominated history, in favor of a system where people self govern for the most part and the government has a very limited and specific role. Why would this race choose to throw all of that away? Or could it be that Race "W" really stood on the shoulders of a very few individuals that propelled their culture forward, but in the end, didn't have the racial maturity to hang on to the gifts that were given by their ancestors?

2. Race "B" definitely has not had the same contributions to world civilization as Race "W". The vast majority of Race "B" have very limited exposure to other cultures and technologies. The vast majority never have the opportunity to stand on somebody else's shoulders. Those in Race "B" who adopt Race "W's" culture don't appear to have any more or less tendency to succeed. Which implies that this has nothing to do with race and more to do with culture. But now Race "B" has a figured out a way to advance their station in life at the cost of Race "W's" standard of living.

So which one is the more advanced race? The one that had it all and chose to throw it way or the one who never had it, but has found a way to take it from the other?
