Jeff, and M Coley, Who is telling you that Syquest has committed shares to someone before they were authorized. This is negative hype with no supporting information. Some people will say anything to cause a short in the stock.

Lets see you or Michael Coley produce one shread of information to support your knowledge about commited share before the share were authorized right now.

what is your objective on your "don't quote news" with your boy Coley ready to verify the info at 153 million when he posted his reply to your comment JeffM.

Actually, I think the number is more like 153 million, and you're correct--it does include warrants, options, etc.

If you're assuming that SyQuest will fail, the shares don't matter. If you're assuming that SyQuest will succeed, you have to assume that the warrants and options will be exercised, so it's only fair to include those numbers.
