The short translation of that into a direct answer to my question is that predominately White nations have higher standards of living and superior quality health care as opposed to predominantly Black and Brown nations, because Whites predominantly live in White nations, Blacks predominately live in Black nations, and Browns predominately live in Brown nations. Whites have higher standards than Browns who have higher standards than Blacks, and the differences in standards are a direct function of intelligence, which translates into behaviors, which produces outcomes.

Life has been made too easy in many respects, which does indeed degrade the ability to grow and learn to some degree. The challenges are fewer in some respects. The additional burden of caring for races and ethnicities that are in the perpetual custodial care of the government (taxpayers) further harms the potential for growth.
The less White the United States becomes, percentage-wise, the less it will resemble the desirable state of our northern Europe ancestors and the more it will resemble the undesirable state of nations like Mexico, those in Africa, and the remainder of the third-world.
To be clear, yes, you are right, Jorj; the lack of stimuli that helped our European ancestors advance is hurting our people now, but the Blacks and Browns are not playing "catch-up" by any means, especially with the welfare/freebie state that caters to them far more than it caters to Whites. They are certainly not in a position that remotely requires critical thinking or other analytical thought processes.
In 10 years, as you asked, the USA will still be better that Mexico and Africa, but with fewer Whites and more Blacks/Browns the difference will be less as the USA normalizes closer to the lower over intelligence of the inhabitants of Mexico and Africa.
