All of these challenges should have been foreseen three years ago.

Even as little as six months ago, it should have been apparent to the project planners that the site won't be ready in time for the launch.

And the same can be said of the Amazon site when it launched. And yet there were way too many glitches. I remember vacating the site in frustration.........and when I called Amazon to complain and to order what I wanted, they blamed me for not knowing how to navigate the site. A few weeks later the complaints reached a crescendo.

Maybe you were too busy at Intel making wafers to notice.
