That's pretty much it. "Too big to fail."

ObamaCare's main goal was already accomplished, and that was its mere passage. Remember when he signed it into law? He used multiple pens so that each can be considered a "collector's item."

That symbolizes how important the passing of the bill was, even more so than its implementation. Once passed, it can never be repealed. Even the libtards taunt the Republicans who tried God knows how many times to repeal it.
