The white nations stole all the black and brown nations assets and enslaved their citizens?

Haile Selassie said the biggest mistake he ever made was defeating the itlians before they built up his country. He said he should have let them build uo ethopia and then drove them out.. He would have been left with a developed country instead of north Africa's undeveloped country.
