Using a public forum in an attempt to manipulate a stock is NOT free speech. I am not BTW saying HungryLion was doing that, just responding to a specific comment. Stock manipulation is a crime and it is reasonable to prohibit someone from using a public forum. Driving a car is a freedom we all enjoy as well, but if you have a record of drunk and wreckless driving you can be prohibited from driving.
