NOTABLE REPORTERS: Apple (AAPL) shares were down about 0.2% in after hours trade after the company reported earnings and revenue that beat estimates and gave a first quarter revenue outlook that was in-line with expectations. The company also reported it sold 33.8M iPhones in its fiscal fourth quarter, as well as 14.1M iPads... Herablife (HLF), down 1.1% after reporting third quarter earnings that beat estimates and raising its full-year profit outlook. UP AFTER EARNINGS: Nutrisystem (NTRI), up 12.8%... Masco (MAS), up 4.6%. ALSO HIGHER: Michael Kors (KORS), up 3.7% after it was announced the company will replace NYSE Euronext (NYX), in the S&P 500 as of the close on November 1... Blyth (BTH), up 3.2% after Bloomberg reported the company has received a takeover offer valued at $16.75 per share. DOWN AFTER EARNINGS: ChannelAdvisor (ECOM), down 10.8%... Seagate (STX), down 4.5%. ALSO LOWER: Celsion (CLSN), down 17% after announcing a 1-for-4.5 reverse stock split, to be effected before the market open tomorrow... American Capital Mortgage (MTGE), down 3.5% after cutting its dividend to 70c from 80c per share. :
