And you would have to dismiss the tens of millions who are getting insurance, and decent insurance, that didn't have it before.
I'm not. In fact, I have always said that ObamaCare will succeed in reducing the number of people without health insurance. By how much no one really knows, but any reduction would be claimed as a success.

But I do dismiss the idiots who sold ObamaCare as a panacea for all of the problems with health care today, including those who believe that health care costs will be going down as a result of its passage. Because overall, health care costs continue to go up, and arguably the rate of increase will now be higher thanks to more people being put into the system.

Those who have argued that costs are going down have tried to qualify their bullshit with one or more of the following:

- They only count those who couldn't afford or obtain insurance before, especially those with "pre-existing conditions."

- They count government subsidies as part of the "cost reduction."

- Those who are getting their current plans cancelled because of ObamaCare (up to 1.5M according to one article) don't matter because they're only 0.5% of the population.
