What else can you call it?

Lazy, stupid and mismanaged. What else could it be? I said a long time ago, this just doesn't sit right with me... so here with are with it in our hands again. Thanks guys, we only paid the way and still can't get any REAL answers. Still no word on the e-mail I sent that was forwarded to Houston. Hey were is Tim M. we need some answers from you about this situation.
