Bill: Ballard announced with great fanfare when they delivered the buses to Chicago, and said that they would be placed into service soon, after some unspecified training and what not was done first. Knowing Ballard's superb public relations capabilities, what is the chance that the buses are actually out on the street carting around humans, without some more trumpet fanfares on the company's part? Zero. That tells me that they are not operating yet. I don't know whether that means there is some problem, but it is worth looking into, I suppose. I'm sure they will get them to work sooner or later, but it remains to be seen how well they hold up in real life.
