This may be a difficult concept for you to grasp, but most conservatives are critical and independent thinkers. We form our own opinions, defend our own positions, and stand up for ourselves. When I post material that is admittedly controversial, I do not expect anyone to recommend my posts out of friendship or "group loyalty", nor would I ever hold it against anyone if he/she did not. That may be the kind of group-think mentality and two-dimensional thinking that you subscribe to, but it is certainly not what I subscribe to. The "pack mentality" is precisely what your side naturally engages in. Moreover, where did you get the idea that we share "ALL" of each other's views? That's simply silly. I don't agree on every issue even with my very best friends in the world. Who does?
Even as much as I disagree with some of my fellow conservatives on a variety of issues, there are many more issues that we agree on.
Having said that, if you have an issue with me, why not post directly to me rather than attacking others and engaging in childish name-calling?
You should know, however, that I prefer to discuss the issues, and not engage in petty, pointless bickering. I've made that clear to you before, and probably to more than one of your pseudonyms. |
