If I'm not mistaken, Netcom is an ISP while MCOM is a wireless carrier - together they complete the chain of providing access to the internet. Very different businesses! It's like MSN and Bell Atlantic - you dial into the internet on BA's phone lines to MSN's node and access the internet from there.
