As clueless and incompetent as he is....it is hard to believe POTUS is as clueless as he claims... Yep - the sergeant Schultz defense just doesn't cut it. One thing for sure The Twit-in-Chief has zero leadership ability. He is incompetent and surrounds himself with incompetents.
