HG, This was NOT 504 income. The permanent placement I was referring to was EMPLOYEES. When they place permanent employees there is NO expense involved. They receive a fee from the company where the employees are placed. Sometime they can place a large number of employees with one company.

The 3Q was definitely a great quarter for income.
