2014. Seriously you think people will be all warm and fuzzy by next year? No chance in hell. The bugs won't even be worked out by then. I took a lot of hits here when I said I don't understand the new law. Seems even now nobody understands it and I mean congress, news sources - well everyone. I don't mean the talking points - I mean the ins and outs and nuances. I asked John why Obama is having such a hard time explaining it. The answer is that it is an extremely complicated piece of legislation. There are so many moving parts that it will take years and years to understand it all.
