You are wrong on the 'young and healthy meme'. The only young and healthy people who don't buy health insurance are the ones who can't afford it. Perhaps you haven't checked lately to see what the cost of a pregnancy and hospital birth costs these days. Throw in complications or a C-Section not to mention pricey doctor visits and drugs and there are plenty of strong motivations for young people to buy insurance. parents.com
