To: Roger French/Rex Dwyer/Mike Winn/Jay We definitely want Eli spending his time managing SanDisk. I sent him an E-mail stating that I had been designated as the SI member who would be contacting SanDisk periodically with questions about the Company, its competition, and its products. I asked him for the name of a SanDisk employee that I could field our questions. The E-mail was sent at 2:15 P.M. (PST) today. If we are successful with establishing a communications link with SanDisk, I think that we really want to control this and not inundate them with tons of questions. I will let you know the minute I hear back from Sandisk. Regards,
