"No longer working with CAFE."

Here I thought the conversions were about over and there was going to be a effort to publicize the company and boost the stock price. My guess this will happen one way or another once the conversions are done. I'm trying to pick up more shares at 1/32 but probably won't get them. Maybe I'll have to raise bid to 3/64ths. Seems to me Rubin will want share price to increase for several reasons soon.

1. So when a reverse split happens (not if, but when), the rev split will bring the stock above $1 a share to prevent de-listing. If I remember right, only 1 for 10 split was authorized.

2. An increase will create a nice gain for all those that just converted debt to shares.

3. The company will need to sell more shares to persue any long term strategy and to keep existing operations going. I'm sure the company is not profitable yet with three restraunts and all the overhead, debt, etc. If the company really plans to expand operations to Dallas and Orlando (which I feel are good locations), they will need big capital to get those restraunts built and running.

So, basically my feeling is, if you can buy in at 1/32-3/64ths, there's a good opportunity for a short term return. The long term viability of this company remains to be seen.
