Why hasn't fraudulent Countrywide Financial declared bankruptcy ? It's time to remove top management especially the liberal CEO. BofA's shareholders have a legal right to have fraudulent Countrywide Financial declare bankruptcy. Analysts estimate BofA has to absorb settlements and fines on Countrywide Financial of around $50 billion dollars. U.S. Government will probably sue BofA for several billion more due to Countrywide Financial committing fraud prior to its acquisition. It's illegal to defraud someone by making them pay for someone else's fraud.
