This from twitter's Andy Biotech..... went through slides from quarterly presentation and SAR302503 is listed only in trials for MF. Couldn't find mention of halting efforts for PV in slides, but didn't listen to entire SA conference call. Have no reason to doubt this report..... Andy Biotech ?@AndyBiotech 31 Oct $SNY has halted development of fedratinib (Jak2 inhibitor, former Targagen drug) as a single agent for Polycythemia Vera (PV). $INCY $GILD From this morning's call, we know that incy is still targeting about 20% of PV.
