They delegated that to the Fed, which could be argued was their Constitutional right.

The Fed has no right to deny a request by any member of Congress to get access to ANYTHING the Fed does.

Do you see how confused and convoluted your thought process is? You go from talking about the Congress as an institution that empowers the Fed but then you shift gears and start talking about an individual usurping that what the Congress collectively decided. Will you stop blabbering, think before you post. I am not interested in increasing posts on this thread, particularly when they are like this where I have no idea what you are talking about.
