The Dems have zero chance now of effecting any additional radical changes.

Well yeah..

The radical change is fait accompli

Americans who need health insurance can now get it

Thank you Dems

...and a special thank you to Ted Kennedy whose life long crusade for these benefits was a major part of America finally turning a corner and coming to grips with a phase of civilization development that had heretofore eluded the richest most powerful country on Earth (tm)

So you are talking about radical change to the radical change, and I don't think it is radical change from here to go to single payer, which is going to simply be a normal progression as the unnecessary burden of profits for useless gate-keepers come into focus..bye bye Health Insurance companies, ya never did do anything but make money and kill people who needed help

The camels nose is under the tent, and that is why the GOP is running around with its hair on fire and making fools of themselves as they do anything they can to halt progress and rewrite history, they don't have the means to pull it off, and are self immolating in the process

They fully realize how their futures are going to be impacted when their share of the doomed health insurance industries profits are no more...
