Well, it will be interesting to see what happens when the issue of 'stop and frisk' gets decided again on the merits by a judge who hasn't made up their mind on it already. I think the law as written is OK, it's the de facto part or as implemented that there may be a few problems.

di Blasio might be fine as councilmen where his radical views can be diluted, but this previous and current supporter of the Nicaraguan Sandinista's can, IMHO, do great damage to a city that is functioning the best in years.
