I don't have the skills to do the calcs, but the new royalties will obviously make a major difference to the PEA SVB recently released. The numbers were already only OK IMO, so they may become marginal, but we'll have to wait for the PFBS which is supposed to be released in Q2 2014.

I sold a fair bit of my holdings of Mexican miners when it became clear this measure was going to pass, but held onto all my SVB FWIW, which is likely nothing.
